Our Tanzanian coffee is a “peaberry” coffee, which means that there is only one small pea-like bean inside the fruit. Usually, peaberries would be separated from the normalflat beans, as they differ in both size and texture, therefore behaving differently during the roasting process. As today’s coffee is a 100% peaberry type, it develops and roasts very nicely and evenly.The coffee has lovely, strong notes of orange, chocolate and puff pastry.
