The Ea Tân Cooperative is based in Đắk Lắk, in Vietnam’s Central Highlands. While Vietnam is the world’s second-largest coffee producer and best known for Robusta, this is something different: a beautifully rich Arabica with caramelised sweetness, chocolate, honey and subtle tobacco notes.
Ea Tân has been farming coffee since 1990, when the government encouraged coffee production to help improve local livelihoods. Today, their Arabica offers a delicious glimpse into a lesser-known side of Vietnam’s coffee story.
