Situated around the highest peak of Honduras, the Celaque mountain, Capucas Cooperative was founded in 1999. Ever since, they have focused on improving the lives of their workers and local community, offering free healthcare, university education, a football academy, and a virtual library. Coffee trees are being pruned to a low height to ensure easier cherry picking so that the crowd favorite Honduran coffee can be harvested to its maximum potential.
