We have always selected and sourced some of the best quality specialty coffee beans from independent small farm-holders from all over the globe, hand-roasting and slow-crafting them in small batches in our artisan micro-roastery in Middelfart, Denmark. 
This allowed us to refine each distinct flavour and provide a truly excellent cup of coffee to our customers.
